Drop In Pole Strength Conditioning Class
Prerequisite: Completion of the Intro to Pole Dance class

Pole for the Soul instructors have developed an exclusive class for students who want to quickly build strength for inverts and advanced-level pole moves, tone their bodies or for those who want to combine pole practice with an intense workout. The hour and 15 minute class includes 45 minutes of total body-firming and ab-building exercises, 30 minutes of structured and free-pole play, plus a warm up and cool down. Come experience the benefits of a fun, rocking workout! You must have completed the Intro to Pole Dance class to attend.

Please note that this is a group class and students will not receive individualized pole instruction or be taught new pole tricks in this strengthening class. Pole instruction is taught only in our regular weekly pole classes and private lessons. Bring water and a hair tie, you will be sweating!
