If you don't have a pole at home to practice on, or you just want an opportunity to practice with other Pole for the Soul students, this is your chance! There is no instruction (unless arranged in advance) during practice sessions, just time to practice and play on the poles. An instructor will talk you through a short 10 to 15 minute warm up and supervise the practice time, but there are no lessons unless you request them in advance.

COST:

• $10 for the session if you share your pole with one other student
• $15 for the session if you have a private pole
• If you missed a class, you can use this time as a make-up class with an instructor for $40
