Whether you are a shy girl or a wild girl, everyone has fun at a pole party! With sultry lighting, lush sparkly fabric curtains, feather boas, tiaras and a disco ball, our private studio is designed to delight the senses. And because there is no "right" or "wrong" way to experience a pole dance party, your private party is totally about having FUN! Great for any occasion including girls night out, bachelorette parties, birthday parties, moms need a break night, a quick confidence boost after a break-up/divorce or just an excuse to try pole dancing with your friends.

• The Pole for the Soul Ballard studio has 5 poles for all of you to learn and play on!

• There is a music selection for you to choose from or you can bring your favorite music.

• At an easy to follow pace a party instructor will teach all of you several pole moves and tricks, including a dramatic spin. You will be amazed at the things you can do!

• Once you are all comfortable with the moves, we put them together into a fun routine that you can perform and practice together on the poles.

• Bring your cameras and take pictures of your friends as you've never seen them before!

• The party is up to 2 hours and the studio can fit up to 15 women.

Mini-Parties: For parties of 5 or less women we offer 1-hour parties for half the cost of regular parties. These parties are limited to groups of 5 or less. Please note that if you have already reserved a 2-hour party and you want to change your reservation to a 1-hour mini-party you must give at least 2 weeks advanced notice. Parties cannot be changed with less than 2 weeks notice.

Bachelorette Package: For an additional $35 your pole party will include a lap dance lesson for the bride-to-be so she can have a special surprise for her husband!

Home Party Package: If you can't come to the studio in Seattle, the party can come to you! Host the party in your own home and Pole for the Soul will bring the pole and the instructor. Please note that unlike studio parties that include 5 poles, home parties have only 1 pole (this means more time waiting for a turn on the pole and a lot less time dancing than there would be at the studio parties). There may be additional charges for home parties that are 10 miles or more outside of Seattle.

Striptease Package: No extra charge! By request only, the party can include a lesson in the art of striptease. There is NO nudity. We will layer extra clothes on over our workout clothes and strip down to workout clothes. Striptease lessons are only offered if you request this package when you book the party.

NEW! - Exotic Dance Party: This is the party for you if you and your friends want to learn a fun, sexy, empowering routine without poles that you can take home to some one special. Learn sensual hip moves, a sexy walk, seductive floor work, striptease and lap dancing. Plus some fun tips on how to dance for your partner and a "cheat sheet" with your new moves that you can take home.
